The caws were recorded with a usb-stick mic, but i forget the particulars of exactly when and where i was. There are many variations to the call of crows, both singularly and in unison. I captured just a few of the individual variety.
A looped ambient track of birds and forest i have recorded in central slovakia with postprocess including stereo enhancement and mastering. Would love to know where you used the sound! although not required :).
An edited audio file where i got the cry of a (presumably) crow - used adobe audition to use sound remover to remove background noise and then dereverb to make it a bit more clean and clear.
Recording off a dock at a cottage near kawartha lakes, can hear a loon off in the distance, and a woodpecker even further out. Recorded with a zoom f6, 2 x rode nt55s set to cardioid, ortf stereo recording24 bit, 96 khz.
Bird calls in tree outside my house. A few extraneous sounds. . . You can hear my neighbor taking out his recycling. Recorded with tascam dr-100. A small amount of noise reduction applied. Enjoy!.
Zoom h2n recorder. Sound taken on morehead state university campus in eastern kentucky, usa. No attribution needed, but please feel free to tell me if you use it - i'd love to hear what you do with it!.
A bird was singing close to a chimney early in the morning. I had my recording gear ready to go. It took quit a bit of processing (= noise-removal & filtering) to get rid of rubbish. I added a slight reverb to it. The recording is made in zoetermeer, a city close to the hague.
I recorded this in my backyard at dusk in july of 2010. As night falls, the cicadas start up, the birds die off, and you can hear owls if you listen closely enough. Also a few sounds of traffic and briefly can hear the neighbor kids.
Very seletive recording of a birdsong early in the morning on the begining of april. The city ambience was heavily processed, so when the car appears it sounds quirky. It is left there on purpose, as i guess everyone is going to cut only the part that one needs. Recorded by piotrek zylaequipment: sony pcmd100. If you recognize what bird is it - please leave a comment.
